Each release of BitFaster introduces either new features and/or updates existing ones based on the feedback we receive. And BitFaster 18 is no exception to it. We have now introduced BitFaster Cloud, our Cloud platform that can be used to send messages directly from BitFaster Professional or Enterprise.
The following features are either new or have been updated in version 18:

- Create and Execute Pre Alert and Post Alert Flow
- Updated BitFaster Live Dashboard
- Background sync for Bounce and Unsubscribes from BitFaster Cloud
- Enhanced and faster report generation
