The Contact Manager is a tool that helps you organize and manage your contacts more efficiently. It's pretty fast (even with 100k contacts under a group!) and offers all the tools for contact management from a single interface.
You can perform the following operations (toolbar icons in the same sequence) from the Contact Manager window:
- Create a New Contact
- Edit a Contact (double click on a Contact to Edit)
- Delete one or more selected Contacts from a Group (hold CTRL key and click Contact to select)
- Create a New Group
- Send an Email Campaign to the selected Contact
- Send an SMS Message to the selected Contact (requires an SMS Gateway that supports HTTP/S protocol)
- Preview an Email/SMS Campaign with personalization for the selected Contact
- View the location map for the selected Contact using Google Maps
- Copy selected Contacts to another Group (Duplicate the records)
- Move selected Contacts to another Group
- Mark selected Contacts as Active
- Mark selected Contacts as Inactive
- Bulk update fields for selected Contacts (such as Company Name)
- Export Contacts under the selected Group to Excel
- Refresh the current Group records
