Use Gmail as SMTP Server

If you have an email account from Gmail (http://www.gmail.com), you can use the Gmail server as your SMTP Server. The configuration is pretty simple and is shown in the picture below.

You will have to set the Host Address to smtp.gmail.com, SMTP Port to 465 and check/tick the "Requires Encryption" check box and choose SSL from the drop down. That's it for the configuration.
