Use System Variables to personalize Campaigns

BitFaster is extremely powerful when it comes to personalizing your messages (both Email and SMS). BitFaster supports 68 System Variables (personalization fields).

To bring up the System Variables window as shown below, go to the View menu and click on System Variables.

System Variables should always be enclosed in square brackets, like - [FirstName]. The variable names are case sensitive. This means [FirstName] and [Firstname] are treated in two different ways. Whereas the former option is identified as a valid System Variable and gets personalized, the latter is just treated as text and will be displayed as it is in your messages. So be sure to preview your messages with personalization before you start a campaign.
